You can book your nest for up to four people.

Our nests are available for you to book daily from 10 am to midnight. Every day of the year.

Children under 10 years of age are not permitted. All children and young people aged 10-18, accompanied by a parent or guardian, are welcome.

In Oberhausen, Cologne, and Bonn, you have the option to book an accessible Nest. You can find this option under the "Guests" menu item on our booking page.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to reserve an appointment. To ensure everything is perfectly prepared for your Wellnest visit and nothing gets in the way, we kindly ask you to book your preferred appointment time.

Occasionally, a Nest may become available at short notice due to a cancellation. You can sign up for our WhatsApp Nest Alerts. We'll notify you if a Nest becomes available within the next three days.

You pay for your Nest stay directly when booking. Online, you can pay by credit card, instant bank transfer, or PayPal. In-store payments are only accepted by card.

No, that's not necessary, as all our nests are equipped the same.

You can cancel your appointment and receive a voucher for a future booking. You can easily cancel your booking yourself on this page. Use the email address you provided and the security code you'll find in your booking confirmation.

On this page, you can add a Vibe Experience Package or a Textile Package to your booking. You can also cancel your booking. In this case, you will receive a voucher and can then make a new booking. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.

Yes, for liability reasons, you must be at least 18 years old to book with us. However, children aged 10 and over are welcome to visit. Children and teenagers between 10 and 18 years old can visit Wellnest when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The price includes the use of your private suite with all amenities such as sauna, whirlpool, experience shower, relaxation area, and entertainment system, as well as use of the parking garage. Any accessories ordered on-site and catering will be billed separately after your visit and paid for on-site.

We can only process a certain number of check-ins and check-outs at the same time, so it may be that a three-hour nesting period is bookable, but two hours are unavailable.

You can also enter your nest late. Your nest will be ready for you until 20 minutes before the end of your booking.

For bookings cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled booking time, you will receive a cancellation confirmation and a voucher for the full booking amount via email. You can then easily redeem this voucher for your next booking. For bookings cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled booking time, you will receive a cancellation confirmation and a voucher for 50% of the booking amount via email. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this time.

There are plenty of parking spaces in the City Tower parking garage, reserved exclusively for you. Parking is, of course, free of charge. The entrance to the parking garage is located at the rear of the City Tower on Jägerstraße. The clearance height is 1.80 m!

You can find wellnest at Schanzenstraße 6-20 in Cologne. We have free parking spaces available right on site. Simply take the entrance and follow the black signs.

You can find our wellnest branch at Bornheimer Straße 127 in Bonn. We have free parking spaces available right on site. Simply use the entrance next to the main entrance.

You'll find wellnest at Stresemannstraße 217 in Hamburg. We have parking spaces available on-site (4 hours free – then €2.00 per additional hour or part thereof). Simply take the entrance and follow the black signs. The clearance height is 2 meters.

Our branch in Oberhausen is located at Mülheimer Straße 210 – right in the heart of the city and easily accessible by car or public transport. Free parking is available on site.

Essen

We are located in the immediate vicinity of the Limbecker Platz shopping center, near the "Berliner Platz" stop. The following lines stop here: Subway: U11, U17, U18; Tram: 101, 103, 105, 106, 109; Bus: 145, 166, SB16, NE10, NE11, NE12, and NE16. The "Vereinstraße" bus stop is also directly in front of our store. Bus line 166 stops here.

Cologne

You can find wellnest at Schanzenstraße 6-20 in Cologne. You can reach wellnest in just a few minutes' walk from the Schanzenstraße Nord stop.

Bonn

You can find our wellnest store at Bornheimer Straße 127 in Bonn. You can reach wellnest in just a few minutes' walk from the Eller Straße stop.

Hamburg

You can find wellnest at Stresemannstraße 217 in Hamburg. It's just a short walk from the Holstenstraße tram stop.

Oberhausen

Our branch is easily accessible by public transport: The Oberhausen Obere Marktstraße tram stop is right next door.

Please remember to bring a valid photo ID. We recommend bringing two towels per person. For hygiene reasons, the use of the sauna and the relaxation area is only permitted with a sufficiently large towel. You can either bring your own towels or rent them for a small fee at check-in. We also kindly ask you to wear suitable footwear such as flip-flops, slippers, or similar.

Please understand that bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted. However, we offer a wide selection of delicious, fresh food and drinks that you can conveniently order at Nest. Your order will then be delivered to you through a serving hatch during your stay, so you won't be disturbed.

Yes, for a small fee you can rent bathrobes, sauna towels and other wellness accessories from our reception, subject to availability.

Yes, we have plenty of free lockers available for you.

No, for safety reasons you cannot lock your Wellnest. But don't worry, your nest is of course inaccessible to other guests. In case of an emergency, only our staff can enter.

Fifteen minutes before your booking time ends, we will notify you via the screen and a light signal that your stay is coming to an end. Additionally, a friendly voice will remind you that it's time to leave the Nest so you can end your time there in a relaxed manner.

At the end of your booking, the lights will switch on and our staff will promptly begin cleaning your room. If you haven't vacated your room on time, we will have to charge an overstay fee.

The whirlpool can be used with or without swimwear. The only important thing is to shower thoroughly before each use to remove sweat and cosmetic residue from your skin. You can decide everything else based on your comfort level.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to extend your nesting time.

Your private bathroom has a hairdryer that you can use during your booked "Nest Time." However, there is no hairdryer available in our beauty corner in the lounge.

You can pay for any food and drinks consumed at the Nest, as well as any borrowed equipment, at the reception desk at the end of your visit.

Please note that only cashless payments are accepted at our locations. You can conveniently pay by card, smartphone, or other contactless payment methods.

Our staff are always happy to listen to your praise, criticism, and suggestions. They are also the ones who can act most quickly if you have a problem. Otherwise, we would be pleased if you contacted us at [email protected] – we will try to answer your inquiries as quickly as possible.

We cannot answer that in general terms here.

Should you not leave your wellness center on time, we will have to charge an overstay fee.

You will receive your voucher as a PDF document via email immediately after purchase. You can then simply print or forward the voucher to give as a gift.

The vouchers have a legally mandated validity of three years from the date of issue.

Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

You can use your vouchers for a Nest booking in our booking tool. Any remaining balance can be redeemed for your next booking. You can also bring the voucher code with you to your booking appointment and use it for on-site payment, for example, for accessories or food.

No problem – your voucher can be redeemed flexibly with our Flexible Choice option.

We now offer a new option: You can use your voucher for a different Wellnest experience and change the number of hours or the vibe. You can find out exactly what this means here.

The BlackBox is a limited-edition gift box for Black Week. It contains a €150 voucher and an exclusive wellnest keychain. With the keychain, you'll receive a free basic textile package with every visit, subject to availability. Your keychain is topped up on-site and unlocks your access to the wellness area. Simply present the keychain upon arrival to receive a large and small sauna towel, as well as a cozy bathrobe, on loan.

Together with leading swimming pool builders, we have developed a concept that meets the highest hygiene standards. The water is completely exchanged three times per hour via our treatment tanks. Chlorination is achieved through electrolysis, which produces only the exact amount of chlorine required.

Our partner, OSPA, boasts over 65,000 installations worldwide in private and hotel pools, therapy pools in hospitals, sanatoriums, and clinics. Since 1929, they have been the only manufacturer to develop and produce all water treatment components here in Germany.

With the help of cleaning experts, we've developed a customized cleaning concept that is consistently implemented at all locations. Our meticulously trained staff perform a thorough and efficient cleaning after every booking, using only environmentally friendly and health-conscious products. So you can relax at Wellnest without a worry.

With our "friends" program, if you've already stayed at wellnest and loved our experience, you can create a 10% discount voucher for your friends. When a friend redeems your voucher, you'll also receive one as a thank you.

You can only create a voucher if you've already made a booking with us. You can share your code with a total of 5 friends. The voucher is only valid for new customers.

We are proud of our long-term partnership with Viva con Agua. We exclusively source our sparkling water and toiletries from Viva con Agua and Goldeimer, thereby supporting projects for clean drinking water and sanitation worldwide. Furthermore, in March 2025, we donated one euro to Viva con Agua for every booking.

During your stay at Wellnest, all guests have the option to make a voluntary €1 donation to Viva con Agua. During the checkout process on your Wellnest tablet, you will be asked if you would like to donate €1. This is similar to the "rounding up" process you may already be familiar with from some checkouts.
